went out with J on sunday. ((:
went ECP den marine parade walk walk.
aftermath went tampines for dinner.
then went pasir ris then home-d :D

wooots. went for training today.
so hot x.x
run around the 2nd storey 20times.
then circuit then pull ups.

freaking hot. run n run n run x.x
after training, bathe then went CWP eat with david.
aftermaths, home-d.
reached home, bathe again then bed. :D
